If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept the return or exchange in their original condition when notification within 7 days after the receipt. All returns must be sent back to our China office address in original condition with the invoice, accessories, labels and gifts, unworn, unused, unwashed. Incomplete returns or unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
Once your returns are received and inspected by the our after-sale dept., full refund (excluding original shipping cost) will be processed and automatically applied to Clothescheap.com Credit Account or original method of payment within 3 business days. Please refer to the Return/ Exchange Terms & Conditions as bellows.
If you received a defective item, we will accept the return or exchange when notification within 7 days of receipt. Before returning or exchanging, please contact our customer service representive at firstname.lastname@example.org, to ensure speedy service, please send the email with the following information:

2. Your Order ID and the exact products code you wish to return or exchange
3. Returns/ Exchanges quantity and details, such as exchange sizes or colors to another, exchange for another different item or return an item for refund. Please note that panties are personal effects, return or exchange is unacceptable

Once our customer representive receive your return/ exchange email, an email notification with a Return Merchandise Authorization- RMA will be sent to you, please take a note for the RMA and send back to our China office address with your returns. Unauthorized returns, Unspecified RMA returns or incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
