What shipping methods are available?

Currently, we have 6 kinds of shipping method: Hong Kong Post, UPS, FedEx, DHL, EMS International Express Service and City-Link Express Service(only for the southeast Asian countries).

Our system will select the cheapest shipping method automatically according to your order, of course you can change it to your preferred one.

What are the Shipping Rates?

The shipping rates depend on the total weight of your order, your order delivered country and your preferred shipping method. For now, we have a friendly business relationship with the express company, and our quoted shipping cost with the good discount. Please use the below “Shipping Inquiry” to calculate your shipping cost, just simply enter the weight of your order and select your destination country, the system will calculate automatically, then the shipping methods, shipping time and shipping cost will be displayed there for your reference.

Please note that there is some shipping restriction for specified shipping methods or for specified countries.

A.Hong Kong Post limit the weight of each order, which can't be exceeded 2KG of each. If order exceeds 2KG, we will divide it to ship.

B. Post Office Box address, such as PO, APO, FPO, DPO, only can be delivered by EMS. For the fast and smooth delivery, we suggest you not using a Post Office Box address as shipping address, it may delay your shipment.

C. Orders to Brazil shipped by DHL must be offered VAT NO. (CNPJ No. or CPF No.) to clear the customs, please remark the VAT No. on the additional information blank before you submit order.

Will I receive the tracking number for my order?

Orders will be shipped out every day, from Monday to Saturday, except holidays. Orders will be shipped out within 2-3 business days in usual, but it will take 4-5 days to arrange the shipment if some items of your order are out of stock. An email confirmation with tracking number will be sent to you after your order is shipped out and you can track your order status with it online.

How long will my delivery take?

The delivery time depends on the shipping method, the following are the estimate delivery time for your reference:

Shipped by DHL: 5-7 Business days
Shipped by EMS: 7-9 Business days
Shipped by HK Post: 20-30 business days

Please note that above information is only an estimate; actual delivery time may vary on your local delivery situation and customs issues. If items in your order are not in stock, it will take longer to process the order.

What will the order package look like when I receive?

We will pack your order and the packing list together with non-woven bags, and put in the corrugated paper box which printed our site www.clothing.net, and the shipping receipt will be pasted outside the box.

Will I have to pay the customs taxes for my shipment?

When ordering from Clothing.net, the customer is considered the importer of the purchased products and will be responsible for any customs tax, import duties, goods and services tax (GST), valued-added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related charges. Clothing.net can’t make any guarantees or estimation on whether any shipments will be required to pay customs-related fees or will not. However, historical data shows that the majority of our customers do not need to pay customs taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

What happens if my order can't be delivered successfully?

If the orders can’t be delivered to the customers successfully, it will be returned to Clothing.net. Reasons for the undeliverable shipments include incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts by the courier (i.e., the recipient is unavailable), or unclaimed shipments.

In the above case, we will notify customers via email to arrange for reshipment after the undeliverable shipment returned to us. All reshipment fees are the same as our regular shipping fee, though your original orders accord with the free shipping.
